La struttura è situata a mezza collina,con vista mare e ad una manciata di chilometri dal centro abitato. Il Casale è una tipica casa rurale che,nel corso degli anni,si è ingrandita di pari passo con l'ingrandirsi della famiglia.Il corpo principale risale al 1800 e riporta i materiali e le tecniche di costruzione caratteristiche delle nostre campagne:pietra viva e malta per la struttura e legno di castagno,dei nostri boschi,per i soffitti.Nella ristrutturazione si è cercato di preservare il più possibile la natura del fabbricato,limitandosi per lo più a rimaneggiamenti interni,relativi sopratutto alla suddivisione degli ambienti in modo da renderli funzionali al nuovo utilizzo; ne sono risultate quattro unità abitative distinte,ciascuna con proprie peculiarità e ciascuna con area esterna di propria pertinenza.

Ogni unità prende il nome dalla pianta che la individua e così l'ulivo domina il giardino della prima unità;il pittosporo vive ai piedi della scala che porta alla seconda unità; il carrubo centenario invita alla terza unità e il mandorlo ombreggia la quarta.

The structure is located half way up a hill, with views of the sea and a handful of kilometers from the town center. The house is a typical country house which, over the years, was expanded to keep pace with the growth of the family . The principal body goes back to the 1880 and reflects the rural materials and the characteristic construction techniques of our area: exposed stone and mortar for the structure and chestnut timbers from the area woods for the ceilings. In the restructuring process, we have carefully preserved as much as possible the nature of the building, limiting ourselves to internal changes related mostly to the division of the living space to adapt it to the new uses, which has resulted in four distinct  living units, each with its characteristics and each with dedicated outside space. Each unit takes the name of the tree that distinguishes it, and thus the olive dominates the garden of the first unit, the pittosporum lives at the foot of the stairs that lead to the seconf unit, the century old carob invites into the third unit and the almond shades the fourth
